3-star glamping farm in Blaencwm with mountain views

Accommodation

Fernhill Valley Farm offers glamping pods with private bathrooms and outdoor furniture. Each pod has a private entrance and is fitted with a desk. Selected rooms include a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave.

Location & Views

Set 44 km from Cardiff University in the Blaencwm valley, each pod provides mountain views and garden views. The property is 45 km from Cardiff Castle and 45 km from Principality Stadium. The site is 45 km from Cardiff Airport and 49 km from Cardiff Bay.

On-Site Activities

Guests can go hiking directly from the property, with a 4 km hike around the premises suggested in the welcome book. The wood-fired hot tub uses water from the mountain spring. The site offers a fire pit for evening use.

Arrival & Extras

Pods are non-smoking throughout and include a private bathroom. Free WiFi and free private parking are available on site. Each pod has a welcome basket with a bottle of wine and Welsh cakes.

Safety & Policies

CCTV is installed outside the property, and the site has fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. Pets are allowed in specific pods. Guests are given a PDF guidebook with directions, emergency contact information, and recommendations.
